Questions
Do you deliver or post plates?
No. Number plates are local collection only from our Whaley Bridge unit. There is no delivery or shipping.
What documents do I need?
Proof of identity and proof that you are entitled to the registration, such as a V5C logbook. We'll confirm exactly what to bring when we contact you.
Do I pay online?
You pay a £10 deposit online when you pre-order. It comes off your plate total, and the remaining balance is paid when you collect.
What if I don't bring the right documents?
We can't hand over plates unless valid ID and valid proof of entitlement to the registration are produced and accepted at collection.
My car needs a different plate size or shape.
Choose “Other size/shape” and add a note — our team will confirm what's possible before anything is made.
